Goals:
my main goal and reason for joining this site is to focus on change....get back to my ridicuously fantastic "prior" fitness level , and continue a physically and nutritionally balanced lifestyle..... 2nd goal............ get the heck out of dodge :p if you focus on results you'll never change....if you focus on change you'll get results :) i live by that quote

Interests:
anything outdoors and everything on the water..............i love hiking, rock climbing, repelling, zip lines, sports for fun (soccer, volleyball, basketball, football) running, walking, rollerblading, wakeboarding, wake surfing, tubing, boating all together.....beaches, lakes and rivers..........i am a water baby would be a mermaid if i could not even kidding lmao.... other passions include shopping, im a shoe aholic sometimes an alcoholic(responsible one for the most part) but for the time being no booze at all lol summers over time to train
