iv been wavering for a bit, but im gonna get started, loading up my stats etc, logging my workouts and daily diet, in a bid to become toned as i can!!! my interest in nutrition and fitness is naturally high as i am in the middle of a personal training and nutrition diploma, but like everybody else, i need something to get me motivated!!!
i have a slim figure, but ideally i'd love to achieve greater muscle tone, and therefore feel worthy as a PT!!
