I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist. I love 2 help people learn how 2 lose weight and exercise. I also use 2 b a Hip-Hop Dancer/Choreographer/Instructor 4 16yrs. I since stop dancing but still keep up in the fitness area. I have been training myself and others 4 12 1/2 yrs. I got in2 weight lifting and the right nutrition cuz i was/am in control of anerexia/bulemic eating disorders. That gives me the drive 2 help others as well relate 2 them in the "eating disorder" of sum type. Sum don't eat other over eat...at ne rate it is all a disorder of sorts.
Goals:
2 keep up what i have goin'. 2 help others as long as i can. 2 teach others how 2 make this a "way of life" and pass on the learning of training and nutrition 2 help their friends/family/co-workers.
Interests:
Of course....lifting weights/working out. I also enjoy shopping, hanging out w/ family and friends, love 2 play games on the computer in my spare time. I love 2 go 2 NYC ne chance i get....Carnegie Deli...Yuuummmm!!! =} I love staying active....batting cages, putt putt, driving rage, etc. I love 2 go 2 the movies as well. Cuz i was a dancer i guess i'm alwayz a dancer at heart so i love music. I do love 2 watch my tv shows....The Biggest Loser, Idol, Survivor...also love the oldies, I Love Lucy, The Cosby Show, Good Times. =}

hi, i guess it is pictures like yours that have inspired me to want to become a body sculptor. i am a mother of 2 from australia i am 114lbs around 18% body fat. i am not in any position to afford a trainer so i am doin the hard yards on my own. i would love to hear any advise you have as a professional.

Hi i am new here, am starting 8 weeks into it body building, am a 2 yr.post gastric bypass patient, 135lbs lighter, now wanna build muscle, taking some protein power, go to the World Gym startin to show some cut but need lots of help.
