i'm 28 years old, and have never been greatly fit, but have always wanted to be. i have belonged to a gym in pat, but worked evenings.
so used to work out hard in morning i was knackered halfway through my workday plus i've always had problem with dieting.
now working out from home, so looking forward to it every week at moment
Goals:
1) improve my general fitness as have first child on way and wanna be able to keep up with them.
2) look and feel better about my body
3) to do 10-15 pull ups and 20-25 press ups in one go (currently can do 1 pull up and 8 press ups)
Interests:
spending time with my wife.
working out.
xbox 360.
internet browsing.
researching foods and fitness.
