Diet and Nutrition Tracking

Another key feature and popular tool FitNRG offers is the Diet and Nutrition Tracker. Designed to let you easily look up and input foods consumed from over 7,500 food items, with detailed nutritional data. In your "Daily Nutrition Summary" table, you will be able to see at a glance, your food and caloric consumption for the day, the time of consmption, total nutritional daily intake, and also a breakdown of your daily macronutrient consumption percentages. In our reports section, you can generate diet and nutrition reports for a custom period of time defined by you and see your progress!
Customized Reports

We all want to know how we've progressed over the past days, weeks, months, and years. In our custom reports section you have at your disposal a variety of reporting functions that lets you create reports, charts, and graphs that allows you see your progress over a user-defined period of time. By managing your list of friends on FitNRG, you can stay connected to them easily, keep track of their goals and progress, be it fitness, or weight loss. You can share information, advice, and communicate with your friends.
Your Personal Web Page

To better facilitate the community, each FitNRG member gets their own profile web pages that's viewable to the public or friends only (depending on your privacy settings). Your own web page will display your training, diet and nutrition, blog, your friends and photos.
With a click of a button, you can select from a variety of different themes for your personal web page in the "Options" menu once logged in. You also have control of your privacy settings for each of the pages on your personal web page - this is set in your "Privacy" menu once logged in.
