:) Thank you so much Alexandra! :) As for my workouts, I don't really do anything specific at the moment - just want I want/feel like doing to make sure that it's not repetitive. However I did start with the 12 week Body-For-Life program which was the turning point for me! If you'd like to see what my routine was like then (I used to log my workouts here) you might still be able to see if you go back to April/May/June on my page? Not sure...If not and you'd like some help, I'm more than happy for you to PM me and we can see what might work for you?? (warning though - I'm no expert and I'm certainly no fitness/diet professional, but there are some here who are very helpful if that's what you'd prefer). Best wishes!
