hello everyone, i am 43 live in va....i am keeping up with new years resolution.....to be fit and travel...i visit the gym daily with the exception of saturday and sunday.those days are for fun.i am planning a trip to nags head , hatteras island, new york and florida...so far.....

Goals:
my goals are to get my six pack abs back . open my own business and travel as much as possible.....to experience new places,people and things, and to find that special someone to experience all of this with me...

Interests:
my interests are amusement parks...rollercoasters,the beach,sand , surf and sun....i love the ocean.i love art,painting and sketching...i love anything involving the outdoors.i love to cook either inside or on the grill.camping,boating,fishing........
