I am in good shape but not "great".  I am looking to get better results from exercising and to get stronger.  I am very athletic.  5' 9" 190 lbs.  I want to get to about 185lbs with lowered body fat, lowered blood pressure and lower cholesterol. 

Goals:
5lbs Weight Loss Better Definition Lower Body Fat Lower Blood Pressure Lower Cholesterol

Interests:

Went through Yoga today for 1 hr 30 mins.  It felt great.  I am see more flexability as I go on.  I am feeling stronger and seeing some visual transformation.  See ya.
