ok after awhile of not having a computer and some other events I am back! Also I have made great improvements in my physique and strength so I am quite happy with that as well. I have yet to measure myself again but I will do that soon enough. Well just thought I would inform you all of my return!

Back in the weight room

Well my break is over now....I finally got back in the weight room....and wow everything was different. It was weird because all of the weight seemed so light and yet they were higher than I was doing before I left! Amazing! I feel so good now. I am looking forward to some great gains these next few weeks!!!

Week Off

Well I am currently taking the week off from weight training. I still do random and sporadic bits of cardio here and there but this is my rest week. Hopefully when I hit the weight room again in a week I will be able to make a few gains.



-I did go for a bike ride and a run the other day that totalled up to 15 miles combined....wow that was intense....but I felt good and it helped me get rid of this sickness that has been plaguing me lately (flu or cold thing I dunno but it sucks)



Well my burgers are on the grill and the outdoors is beautiful...I must be going now. Have a good week everyone!

Second Personal Goal Met!!!

Finally I have met my bench press goal!!!! 135!!! of course I could only push out on rep but hey I still met my goal!!! And my deadlift is progressing well. I am at 235 with 4 reps.....not bad!!! I am pushing for 300 by summertime. Wish me luck!!!

Hurt my ankle.....

Damn. I rolled my ankle during a Dots Test today. Still is a little bit sore but hopefully it will stop hurting soon since my National Guard physical is coming up this week!! Wish me luck in the healing process!!!

PERSONAL GOAL MET!!!

I DID IT!!!!! I set a goal to reach 200 on the deadlift.....and this week I am finally over 200!!! In fact I made it to 215!!! HELL YES!!!!

I am amazed because of how fast I made this gain! I started at 165 and within 3 weeks I made it up to 200!!

(If only I could do this on the bench!!)

National Guard - Citizen Soldier!!

Well I am going to join the National Guard. It will be great. Before I leave in a few months for basic I am going to prepare. I will do this by doing a daily barrage of pushups, situps, pullups, and running so I can be used to it before I get there. Wish me luck!!!

Dropped My Weight

For some reason Coach Roman dropped my weight on all of my core lifts. From a 155 box squat to a 125. My deadlift, bench, towel bench, and incline bench all dropped by AT LEAST 5lbs. What was the motivation for this?? I don't know. All I can say is it is rather frustrating since I was doing just fine on the previous weights.

Run Day Prep

Well I know I have accepted the inevitable......Next week there will be a run day. Despite how much I HATE them since I am not a very strong runner, I have been preparing myself for it. Hopefully my latest battery of cardio workouts will build up a tolerance for strenuous activity that can get me through that rough day. All I can do is hope that by next wednesday I will be ready :) From now until then all I can do is keep preparing myself.
