My name is Jim, and I'm the site admin of FitNRG. Some may know me as the site admin of BodybuildingForYou.com forums. I've been working out since my early teens in the early 90's, and it's amazing how fast time goes by. I'm already 30(!!), and my wife and I just had a baby girl. I'm hoping with my influence, my kids will grow up with a healthy life style, and maintain a life long enthuthiasm for health and fitness.

Goals:
Life long health and fitness.

Interests:
I like to travel, and travel to Asia several times a year for various reasons. Working out and weight training is of course, another passion. I also like cars, and play the guitar (at least trying to learn). I also like to play games when I have a little spare time - mostly PS3 and PC games.

Thanks for the comment. That's actually what I was looking for, but I don't think the gym I go to has a rowing machine.

Nice Meeting ya Jim! Parenting can be both fun and yet very time demanding. My kids are getting old enough that I do have a little more self time when home. Then again when are we home its sport after sport after sport. BTW the diaper stage doesn't last forever Thank God. LOL

for post workout, you want a pure whey powder. I like using ON's 100whey. For bed time, you want a protein blend that's more of a time release formula. I like using ON's Pro complex, and BSN Syntha 6.

If you search weight gain you'll find it.

Hello Jim. Well the workout includes: Plyometrics (Jump Training), major group workouts ie:chest, back, shoulder, biceps, triceps, legs; also includes yoga, cardio,Kenpo karate, abdominals and stretching exercises. It is meant to be an all inclusive program that takes you through 12dvd's that range in time from no less than 45 minutes to 1hr. 15 min.
