boxing since '03, 2 professional bouts (wins, 1 tko). recently took up running (outside of my training). run 10k and 5k competively, soon to add more events, ie: 400, 800, half marathon. just started weight lifting about 2 weeks ago. trying to fit it into my daily routine of morn runs and mid-day boxing workouts. trying to critique my eating habits; more calorie intake, energy rich foods, low fat intake...etc.
Goals:
increase strength, increase weight to no more than 185 lbs (max), continue to run, maximize boxing training/workouts, learn more about nutrition and eating, develop good conditioning and living habits (for my son also 4 yrs old). wouldn't mind building monster traps and calfs!!!
Interests:
overall good fitness and healthy living. love grilling, watching every movie released, traveling (overseas). love and do everything with my son (1 year till school).
