ok. i blew it. i do not know what happened but somewhere along the way i lost my drive to complete my previous goal of being lean, cut and ripped by my 40th birthday (10 days ago). so now i am back, with a vengeance, and i am not going to allow myself to fail again. thanks to all those who were giving me words of encouragement, i feel i have let you down and i take full responsibility for my weaknesses and will strive to overcome them one by one.
Goals:
to lose 15lbs of non-muscle, i am done trying to bulk for awhile, i plan to drop all excess weight first and then start back on a more balanced muscle-gain program.
Interests:
history, art, camping, hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, basically anything that gets me time outside.
