Im 22 new mother from England, soon to be married and dying to be sexy again lol need to shift 2 stone to feel comfortable again.
No idea where to start what to eat al I knoe isthat cardio is the key.!!
Any advice on getting skinny quick would be appriciated

Hay Leona,
I'm also fairly small bout 5'3" n yeah, although I'm a dress size 10(uk), I'm look way too bulky just now. I'm going back to basics at the mo. Eating little n often and have found wating every 2 n half hours the key for me as I have the biggest sweet tooth!!!
I'm struggling at the mo with no real help with childcare n can't afford to join a gym, so doing circuts in the house n power walks with the kiddiewinks in a double buggy that I picked up from e-bay. If you stay focused it'll happen v quickly, I'm just so not focused enough I kinda go 2 steps forward n 1 step back. Al get there tho!!
