I got all my supplements in today. All together 4 caps of ThyroLean and 2 caps of 7keto.
Last night I got about 7 hours of sleep. I feel much better rested today than yesterday. I got a new pillow. Maybe that helped.
I had a light day of eating. The hardest part about this is that I'm the only one in the house that wants/needs to lose weight. My wife doesn't want to lose any and both my kids need the calories. I have to go to the store with my wife to make sure we get fruits and vegetables. That's kinda sad.
I'm trying to get more water. I'm just not a big drinker. Today I got in two 16.9 oz bottles. I need to get in at least 5 per day. That's tougher than I thought. I'll try again tomorrow.
