I was very surprised that I didn't gain anything on the scale. I told you about my day yesterday. It was looking like today was going to be more of the same. I almost didn't make it to karate class today. Thankfully, I got a babysitter. It was a light day of eating today. I got all my supplements in. I got plenty of good sleep last night. Also, today I did better getting my water. I need to fit in one more bottle. I found myself not as hungry today, probably because I was better hydrated.
I did 1.5 hours of karate today for my cardio. I have a tournament coming up in February and I really want to be in good shape for that.
