Hey there.........I'm 49 and a single dad. I'm in a commited relationship, but she isn't much on physical fitness. My goal is to recapture the better part of my physique. I'm 6'0" tall and believe it or not, I don't look that terrible at 260 lbs.(compared to the rest of the world...............but I don't want to compare to others. I want to compare to my potential) I am now accountable for daily exercising and stretching. I reallize that stretching is just as important as any other aspect of fitness.
Goals:
I am to happy and excited that I now posess an impressive 18% body fat and have leaned down to a neat 200 pounds.
I can now run 3 miles with out having to stop. This is a huge accomplishment for me because I always used to convince myself that I hate running.
I love the fact that I rest early each night and am up early to perform my exercises.
My exercise is always augmented by the most interesting personal development I can download to my MP3 player. Sometimes music is great, but the seeds of greatness planted in my mind on purpose each day push me closer and closer to my dreams.
