I'm Meg,
I am upsest with Working out and weight loss. I was Anorexic for about 8 months and I came close to dying. I then went the opposite and became an eating addict and sought comfort in eating. I have lost 20 pounds and would like to lose 20 more.
Goals:
I will lose 20 pounds by June 15th
Interests:
I love to work out and I am a cheerleading coach for 3rd-6th grade girls. I am a Sunday school teacher at my church and I love to cruise around Albuquerque.

how are you doing with the weight loss? did you meet your june 15th goal ??

I understand where you're coming from. My sister was anorexic and/or bulemic. My advice would be to just watch for signs of a relapse, treat yourself well. High protein diet is very good. All of us need some carbs but I myself loathe bread as such. I love turkey, fish, steak and potatoes! Find someone who understands you and what you've been through. Workout and diet together and things may be easier when you have a friend for motivational purposes!
