i am a 38 year old professional brotha that workout 3 to 4 times a week for the obvious health reasons. i don't believe in dealing with drama of anykind and like to keep things simple. working out relieves the daily stress for me, although i can think of a better way for stress relief...
Goals:
keep my total cholesterol below 200 mg/dl (currently at 179)
raise my good cholesterol to 60 mg/dl (currently at 46)
pack on 10 more lbs of muscle to 185lbs (currently at 177)
Interests:
working out
computers (all types of gadgets) -- i'm kinda geeky...but don't get it twisted...i am versatile (can talk to you about everything from the ghetto to the stock market)
cars, horror movies
