I've started going to my gym in 2004, but I just started lifting heavy in the summer of '06. I mainly plan on using this site to keep track of my workouts and try to improve every week.
Goals:
Just to keep lifting heavy, hopefully a little heavier each week.
Interests:
Music, Survivorman (Les Stroud is way cooler than Bear Grylls), cooking, video games.
