I never used to be fat; in fact i used to consider myself skinny.... i thought i still was skinny until i recently saw some photos of myself. I have crept up from a size 8 to a size 12 and put on 10kgs without even realising.
I cant understand how this happened, i look in the mirror everyday why didnt i notice how big i had become? i mean i knew clothes were getting tight and my recent jeans i bought were a few sizes bigger but i didnt think i was that much bigger!
ANyway i guess the main thing is i have noticed and now i need to do something about it and fast. I have my best friends wedding on the 4th of January and there is no way i can look like this in her photos..... I have 4 weeks and i need to loose most of this weight... is 2kgs a week possible??
I'm going to begin now..... please help me! |
