hey dude ..seems gud fisiq u hav.. this is abs frm India ..n even i like 2 wrk out but the prob is nt able 2 schedule the wrkouts properly..so i wud like few tips frm u on abs wrk outs ..plz let me knw the schedule for abs ..i wud b greatful ..I hav read the buk called encyklopedia of modern bodybuilding by arnold sharzneger... thanQ

First, eat a low-fat, low-sugar diet.....watch your calories. Nutrition is very important...You need to exercise your entire core area (not just abs) and overall body 2-3 times a week to get total body strength and overall fat reduction....make the lifetime commitment to fitness.....

Thanks for being friends with me. Anytime ya wanna talk give me a shout I'm here several times a day. Damn pro trainer, I may have to get some insight once I get shaved back and am ready to tone up to a tight shirt wearing physic, I don't wanna get huge just more defined. Feel free to look over my stuff and make suggestions if you like. I think my records are totally open to the public.
