Well the workout includes: Plyometrics (Jump Training), major group workouts ie:chest, back, shoulder, biceps, triceps, legs; also includes yoga, cardio,Kenpo karate, abdominals and stretching exercises. It is meant to be an all inclusive program that takes you through 12dvd's that range in time from no less than 45 minutes to 1hr. 15 min.
