i am 32 years old and want to tone up a bit. i have three beautiful little girls that i need to stay in shape for, but i think they are the ones that are helping me do that with no added excersise! i currently weigh 220 lbs (6'3) and would like to tighten up my mid section and build more muscle overall. i have been vigorously working out for over two years now and have made a difference.
Goals:
not so much lose weight but buld muscle and stay healthy.
Interests:
racing, boating, swimming, fishing, too many hobbies, playing with my kids
