i'm 32, i work in sales. i played a shit ton of soccer up through the age of 25 when a experienced a groin injury while coaching. i never let it heal completely and still experience pain there. that is all to say that i tend to burn fat very well an stay extremely lean w/ little work. i never really focused on upper body strength because my best attribute was quickness on the soccer field. anyways, i am working on my upper body now as my legs are a bit tired.
Goals:
my weightlifting goals are to build bigger tri-cep and shoulder muscles as well as stonger upper back muscles. i would also like to continue cutting an building my abdominal section focusing on the very lowest 4 abs and one on the sides next.
Interests:
i enjoy a lot of things. i mostly enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and camping in the summer. really though, all i do is work and am beginning to focus the remainder of my time on reaching my goals listed above. other than that i enjoy going to a club every now n then n hav'n a good time.
