Can any one tell about their experience with
Cardio Versus Strength Training?My friend is training me doing strength training. I need to lose about 25 - 30 lbs. Can I achieve this doing strength training? I go for an hour with 15 - 30 sec rest, working upper and lower body. Lots of squats.
