i'm a proto-typical ectomorph (well, used to be a skinny hardgainer) who in the last few years has become squishy in the middle. hmm aging - or way too much sugar?
i gained some reasonable muscles mass back in the day adhering to high-intensity methods. i still didn't look like i really worked out, but at least i wasn't 167 lbs anymore! i have some back problems i continue to work around. i try not to use it as an excuse as to why i don't do heavy squats anymore....
i have a desk job and am a musician in my spare time.
Goals:
initial goals are to lose my "little" gut, then see about trying to gain some muscle all over and become more fit, flexible and lean. i want to recapture the passion i used to have for working out. where did those endorphins go?!
embarking on a 4 week different style of working out using some movements i am not used to. also tracking all my food and cutting out my 2 cans of coke per day and my thrice weekly trips to fast food restaurants.
