I have been having a really hard time getting time to work out because we are about to deploy to Iraq. Pretty excited for that, not. I'll try to be more active though. Thanks for the check up. :)

Glad to hear you've been working hard, it is a good feeling that little bit of stiffness after a good workout but i got a bit more than that by trying to lift to heavy but its much improved today just stiff so a few light deads later to keep it moving. Must be good to have a little motivator theres nothing like starting young and learning good habits right from the start. My moaning is just a habit i have a moan and then get on with it anyway. keep up the good work.
