Goals:
my goal is to lose the last 20 lbs before my birthday, dec 29. i want to increase my flexability considerably. i'd like to go back to martial arts training but i need to do some more work on my fitness level first. toning my arms is a priority as well as my legs..
Interests:
i love golfing, camping and martial arts, none of which i have done in the last year. i have recently starting running 2-3 days a week and would like to find someone in my area to run with / motivate me to push myself.
