AFAIK, any weight loss from steam bath is only temporary, as the weight loss is only water loss from sweating, which you will gain back. It's not actual fat loss. However, some argue that taking steam bath helps weight loss by detoxing the body, but I don't know if there any actual evidence backing this up... |
