| What should I look for in a bicycle? |

I am quite thrilled because I have lost 3 kgs in 1 month. I have been thinking of buying a bicycle to complement my gym routine. I plan to cycle 6-7 kms in the morning everyday to the beach and back.
I have a problem here, I dont know what to look for in a bicycle. I want to make sure, I buy one that does not hurt my back and is ergonomically designed.
If you guys have any idea how such a cycle should be in terms of the handlebar shape, height and other specification etc.... let me know. his would be of great help.. |
