Work in hospitality and study as a PT while working towards a degree in Health and Fitness so hopefully I will become a successful PTI in the Australian Defence Force.
Goals:
I hope to get more fitter and more confident to serve as an honourable member of the Australian Army, this is my long life dream. |

Hi Wolf,
Are you looking at gaining stamina and becoming fitter?
There are numerous activities you can do, one of the best I think is HIIT (High Interval Intense Training) this really does get you fit aswell as building your stamina
