Work in hospitality and study as a PT while working towards a degree in Health and Fitness so hopefully I will become a successful PTI in the Australian Defence Force.



Goals:
I hope to get more fitter and more confident to serve as an honourable member of the Australian Army, this is my long life dream.

Hi Wolf,

Are you looking at gaining stamina and becoming fitter?

There are numerous activities you can do, one of the best I think is HIIT (High Interval Intense Training) this really does get you fit aswell as building your stamina
