Well 12 days till I turn 40.  I don't think I'll reach my goal. 185 and size 34 But I have lost weight and I am a size 36 and down to 218, I know I have lost at least 30 pounds. Not going to give up though I'll just adjust my goal date to christmas that way I can look forward to some new clothes for christmas.

Today is my day off from work - DD and I walked for 2 hours along the bike trail near our house. We used to ride, skate, or walk along the trail all the time when we lived in this area before....
