| well finally feeling the benefits lol...... didn't drink friday or saturday so I felt phenominal...then sunday had 4 glasses of wine......funny thing about it is that I had the worst sleep of my life from drinking that....I guess thats a good thing.......still pushing forward...... :) high hopes for my goal |
