Titan training to much on calorie restricted diet, though the rest pause part of system seems to feel good for heavy days. I plan on switching to a heavy-light system. Three day split, repeated twice a week. Heavy, low rep rest pause training on basic lifts. Then higher rep, lighter weight speed training for shaping and specializing. May try Titan Training again when not reducing for summer events.

Today is my day off from work - DD and I walked for 2 hours along the bike trail near our house. We used to ride, skate, or walk along the trail all the time when we lived in this area before....
