| Titan training to much on calorie restricted diet, though the rest pause part of system seems to feel good for heavy days. I plan on switching to a heavy-light system. Three day split, repeated twice a week. Heavy, low rep rest pause training on basic lifts. Then higher rep, lighter weight speed training for shaping and specializing. May try Titan Training again when not reducing for summer events. |
