High volume split is just to much on calorie controlled diet. Will move to six day a week split, working body parts only once a week but very intensely.  Fat loss is going nicely, but slow. Starting to see the abs a bit and definition in legs is starting to show better as well.

Titan training to much on calorie restricted diet, though the rest pause part of system seems to feel good for heavy days. I plan on switching to a heavy-light system. Three day split, repeated twice a week. Heavy, low rep rest pause training on basic lifts. Then higher rep, lighter weight speed training for shaping and specializing. May try Titan Training again when not reducing for summer events.
