Sick with a cold :(

Ugh.  I'm all stuffed up with a cold, and I hate it!  I did not get any exercise in today because my energy levels are low due to the effects of the cold.  I also didn't get any exercise in yesterday because it was Mother's day and so my daughter and I spent the entire day with my Mom, grandmother and my aunts.  It was great! (but I still could have used the activity had I known I would feel so bad today)....  In any case it's not something that can be helped, so I rested today and will continue to do so tonight and hope I feel better in the morning.  At least good enough to get on the elliptical trainer without falling off from my equilibrium being thrown off!!  LOL

There have been some really bad bug going around my office so I have been doubling up on the Vitamin C and avoiding the common areas. I hope you get to feeling better and happy mothers day (slightly belated).

ps. Try increasing the fluid intake, it really does help with most cold type symptoms to stay well hydrated.
