I've been a big boy for a long time. I lift alot of weights and workout quite a bit, but I also party alot (eating really late or skipping meals) drinking socially with lots of friends.
I try to stay positive and motivated, but my friends really don't think I need to change... they say I look 260-280, but really 335. I am very active and the drs. say healthy... but how can this be at 300+ lbs in a 6 ft body..... |
