Goals:
my fitness goals are to get as lean as i can possibly can and maintain that year long. with muscle definition....and would also love to pack on about 10lbs of lean muscle mass! naturally, of course. to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to constantly challenge myself....the sky's the limit!

ii love pretty much any physical activities that allows you to challenges yourself. ii love mixed martial arts and brazilian jiu jitsu. :-) i love to read, cook, learning more about healthy receipts and trying them out on friends.
