Goals:
long term:
regain strength i've lost since i stopped training.
lose the fat % i've gained since i stopped training.
mid term:
1 hour of cardio
be able to walk up the stairs and not feel like i just did an cardio exercise.
short term:
get over the pains of starting back up.
develop a good routine that challenges me and improves my overall body
Interests:
sound engineering, band management, web programming (mainly php), cisco routers ( yeah its geeky but i using them a lot at work and i need to know more), weight training, cardio (ok so its not an interest more like a thing i do because i need to. but i have to pretend to like it or else i want do it.)
