I am very excited to begin this transition in my life. I want to be fit. I want to be healthy. I have also made the decision to take care of myself. I know I can do it. I am committed! There are many reasons for my commitment.
Reason #1: I AM GETTING MARRIED!
In August I am going to be a Bride and a Wife. I have terrible eating habits and don't want to push those habit on my husband and future kids. Plus I want to look Fantastic on my wedding day. My husband is worth controling this area in my life and I am too!

I don't want food to control me. I need to be able to walk in a room that has food and not crave it the whole time I am there. I need to be able to say, "NO". I need to care more about myself then food. Food will no longer control me!
Reason #3
I must prove to myself that I can do it. I have tried and failed, tried and failed, tried and failed. This time I will try and succeed. I can do it. I will also prove it to everyone that doesn't believe in me because of my past failure. I can prove them wrong and will prove them wrong. I love being right. :)
Goals:
My goal is to loose 120 lbs. In doing so I will develop better eating habits, excellent exercise routines, and learn to love my body.
