the big 4-0 is right around the corner. yikes! i am a busy mom to a 16 year old girl and two boys 9 and 6. i have been a member of a local gym for the past two years. i have hypothyroidism and have struggled with my weight especially in the last 10 years. i don't even have photos of myself at my heaviest (240), which was when i was pregnant with my youngest.
Goals:
i want to achieve a healthier weight and a more consistant workout schedule. ultimately, i would like to shed 35 to 40 pounds before my birthday in march. |
