i am currently deployed to afghanistan and am utilizing this time to accomplish my goals of a lower body fat content, tone up a bit and become stronger in general. i've accomplished in losing 12 lbs of fat and gaining about 2 lbs of muscle in the past 4 months. currently stationed at ft campbell, ky and would like to find a workout partner.
Goals:
by the end of the deployment i'd like to :lower my body fat content, tone my arms so they look more than just fat when not flexed and be able to bench 180 lbs (155 at the moment with 2 months to go)
Interests:
hitting the gym, video games, computers (yeah, i'm a geek), spending time with my son, ufc (what soldier doesn't like ufc?), meeting new and interesting people, and hanging out in general.
