Today ie November 1st. I have twenty-six days left to reach my goal weight. I stopped writing and tracking everything constantly, because that made it worst for me. Instead I am mindful of what I eat and how much. I went on a short run around the block today and did 100crunches and lunges, later I went on a walk with my son and husband. I am confident I will reach my goal by Thanksgiving, I need to purchase a new scale, mine is broken. Can't complain, it only cost $6. Well just wanted to write and keep my goals in mind. Have an awesome week everyone!

NosBigs you bring it on... I am ready for a challenge!


Actually I just completed another requirement for my child care training and I feel great! My son, Mason, was kind enought to let me get it done in half the time it should take. 100%! I also wanted to say thank you to everyone I have met on this website, you guys are great supporters, and if anyone needs to talk, just email me, I am online alot throughout the day. I am going to celebrate with an ice cold beer, Just a few, I promise. Well ou guys keep up the good work and I will type/chat later. Bye!

I keep saying it to myself, and saying it, but I have to meet my weight lose goal by Thanksgiving. I am 137.6lbs. I want to see myself at 130lbs. and I will be satisfied! THe problem, I cant kick my own ass in high gear. I need to stay faithful to my change in eating habits, and more consistent in my workouts. So I reach out to everyone, stay on my ass! I will return the favor if you are having the same problems... Tommorow is a new day, cliche I know, but I will reach my goal and any help is appreciated!

In a slump...

I have to admit the past two weeks i haven't been being good. I started the South Beach Diet and did great for two weeks, got down to 135. Set my goal to 125. Then what the hell happened, I let loose, gained three pounds back in the last two weeks!!! I lost all motivation adn I haven't been able to get online ( I think that was part of the problem?). So I am telling all of you out there I am setting myself back in fitness mode and I will lose another 10lbs. Wish me luck, and send email support if you can. Thanks!
