| I have to admit the past two weeks i haven't been being good. I started the South Beach Diet and did great for two weeks, got down to 135. Set my goal to 125. Then what the hell happened, I let loose, gained three pounds back in the last two weeks!!! I lost all motivation adn I haven't been able to get online ( I think that was part of the problem?). So I am telling all of you out there I am setting myself back in fitness mode and I will lose another 10lbs. Wish me luck, and send email support if you can. Thanks! |

| Good luck with your goal, copperlady! I did South Beach a couple of times but never made it to the second phase because I'd lose weight then gain it right back once I started eating carbs again. Now I'm just trying to watch calories. |

Thanks for the comment to the fast food frenzy ! I'm with you on the 'in a slump'. A couple of weeks into a program and my body says... "I don't LIKE that...can I find a good excuse?" I haven't been on the elliptical since Wednesday even though I REALLY started losing weight when I was.
