well another week has gone by, but actually i think it has been 2 weeks, well im down to 226.6 pounds, i lost 4.4 pounds this week. I have tried something new, i no longer use ripped fuel by twin lab, i am using Arson by muscle asylum project, this stuff is awsome, i will continue to use this along with eatinghealthy and my workouts. well time to get till next time..............

hey, thats awesome to see you loosing weight, and its awesome to hear your eating healthy, and working out!
-i just have a couple things i want to let you know, you shouldnt keep track of your weight, or at least not everyday, once every couple weeks is a lot better.
-i know that may seem a bit odd, but really if you think about it. if you drink 1 litre of water, you have just instantly put on 1 lb... soooo keeping track of weight isnt the best way to do that, or not daily/weekly anyway. bi-weekly, or even taking actual measurements from your body with a sewing tape measurer would be more safice.
-also i wanted to mention that im not positive what this ripped fuel or arson is, but if its some sort of energy thing your taking, or some sort of weight loss thing, you dont need it.. most of the time its just sugar pills with rules (of life) like not eating 2 hours before bed, or drink plenty of water, and not eat for a certain time before and after you take them.. its basically giving you rules, so that you create the healthy habits, but you dont need to be wasteing money on them,, do you know what im trying to say, i know i go on sometimes, and i have no idea who you are even. but as long as you keep eating healthy ( fish/chicken/lots of fruits/veggies, and only eat, cake/chips/pop/sugar on special occasions, or pick one day out of the week, like a friday/sat or something)
-as long as your work outs are of properly laid out, and you push yourself, but not to hurt yourself, know your bodies limits, and eat healthy, living by a few rules, like not 2 hours before bed, plenty of water, and greens, you'll do awesome.
-also .. there really is such thing as sugar bugs.. its the bacteria in your stomach, that basically lives off sugar, thats why you feel heavier the next day/ sick if you eat in excess because of the multiplying bacterium.
-anyways i hope you understand what im going on about, and that you see this. and good luck, with your goals, hopefuly i hear from you somethime. |

please tell how the arson works out, many are wondering. world be great if you could document what your eating and excersises and such and make a posting maybe do a 2 week sample?
