| well................. i havent been oficially on weight watchers but i do follow the program on my own. I am currently down to 207.6 pounds. For the most i feel pretty good, but sometimes there are bad days.... I have currently in creased my running to about 4 miles a day, from 2 miles a day and i weight train 4 days a week splitting muscle groups, well thats it for not......................... |

| Congrats on the weight-loss. I'm training a lot like you..focusing on running and weight-training...only I add yoga and dancing to keep me limber ;-). I expect to do my first 5k (in years) on Sept. 21st...and a 10k probably in the New Year. |
