Aside from most everyone, including myself will be eating and drinking tomorrow night, I am really looking to make this work! I bought a treadmill about a month ago, and bowflex a this past summer, and I have already made good progress with my energy levels.
My only gripe is my wife loves to cook/bake and she's very good at it!
OK. Here we go! |

Try to get your wife on board with your fitness goals. Help her understand that you need her help to succeed, and try to make some changes in your diet and eating habits for the better. Good luck! |

WAY TO GO WANTING TO MAKE CHANGES. When on the treadmill place the sweets in front of you, just out of arms reach. This way you have to keeping walking to catch up to them. Kinda like a Bugs Bunny cartoon. HAHA. How's that for motivation? Good luck to you. YOU CAN DO IT! |
