| I am 27 years old and have been weight training pretty much my whole adult life, I love it and look forward to the gym everyday. I have had recent problems with my shoulders and lats after a workout. They get extremely sore and tender and are getting worse. Anybody have any tips for treatment. Not sure if I can do certain stretches, take vitamins or avoid certain exercises. Someone help please, I am afraid I am heading toward certain injury. Also if anyone is seeking advice I would be more than happy to help I am very knowledgeable and well versed in weight training, cardiovascular exercise and dieting. LET ME KNOW |
