ok so I joined this site looking for a good bodybuilding routing to follow to gain muscle... its a little hard to find something like that on here..can anyone help ?

Hi there. Wow - you are a tiny girl :-) I gain some muscle that you can then sculpt, I would recommend starting slowly, but focus on a few multi-joint lifts. Squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, bench presses and rows. Dips and pullups if you have teh strength. Certainly do some core exercises for abs and low back. Once you gain some lean weight you can throw in some specific work for arms, but then will get plenty of work from the big compound lifts at first. Good luck! A female with some shapely muscle is awesome.
