ok so I joined this site looking for a good bodybuilding routing to follow to gain muscle... its a little hard to find something like that on here..can anyone help ?

Im 18 and weigh 83lbs.(yes, im a girl)  Im not looking for major bodybuilding just a routine to help me build and tone some nice muscles

As far as muscle building goes, the only thing you need to learn about is Static Contraction Training. I have done the training three times over the last ten years, and only ~3 months at a time, and my strength has increased quite a bit. If you're lazy and/or aren't interested in lots of gym time, SCT is manna from heaven. You mainly have to deal with people looking at you like you're nuts and trainers asking if you're trying to kill yourself. Read about it. You'll understand.
